Dhaka: The Record Office of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) today launched a web portal named "Pensioner Solution" to provide all  possible services to the retired Airmen and MODC (Air) at BAF Base Bashar of Dhaka Cantonment.

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan inaugurated the web portal as the chief guest, said a press release of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The web portal is developed by Bangladesh Air Force Record Office with its own manpower aiming to provide service easily without any delay.

Retired Airmen and MODC (Air) will be able to receive various important information and all services related to pension by logging into this web portal through registration from home and abroad without physical presence, the release said.

Additionally, the web portal has been designed to send and receive short messages and voice messages to provide instant service.

Proper use of this web portal will save time and money as well as it plays a supportive role in accomplishment of other functions including pension of all BAF members, it added.

Principal Staff Officers of the Air Headquarters, invited senior officers, serving and retired Airmen and MODC (Air) were present at the inaugural ceremony.
